Made it to SFO

I'm back in Millbrae, Calif., for the second time this year. I love this little hotel right by the Caltrain and BART, and I love that Millbrae is only one stop from the airport.

I started reading Peter Watts' Echopraxia somewhere over Iowa and I'm now halfway done. As I plan to spend about two hours traveling up to Sonoma tomorrow, I might finish it before the end of the day. It's the second in the (so far) two-book "Firefall" series, which started with Blindsight. This will be the third Perer Watts book I've read in the past three months. Very much recommended.

I am now going off in search of Chinese BBQ pork over rice, which I believe is less than 500 meters up El Camino Real from here. Updates as the situation warrants.
